Day 1 Overnight Flight – Split, Sibinex, Croatia
Today we fly, to embark on an unforgettable experience! Cruising stunning coastlines, tranquil nature, diverse cultural and historical heritage. All with local guides. The beauty of the Adriatic and Venice awaits us!

DAY 2 Dubrovnik, Croatia – Board San Spitto: Dinner Included
Upon arriving in Split, we transfer to Šibenik, where the Krka River meets the Adriatic Sea. Enjoy a guided walking tour through the city’s historic center, exploring medieval alleys, fortresses, and the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of St. James. Then we board our ship and settle in for the next seven nights. Later, we experience our Captain’s welcome dinner, accompanied by a cultural moment of live Klapa music, the traditional Croatian style of singing.

DAY 3 Šibenik – Kornati National Park – Telašcica Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included
Have a hearty breakfast because this morning we arrive in Kornati National Park where waterfalls cascade through dramatic gorges. Wander the trails before sailing along the river to Skradin. Marvel at the sights as you pass through St. Anthony’s channel, tiny islands, and the UNESCO-listed St. Nicola’s fortress, a well-preserved 16th-century defense work. This afternoon, enjoy the beauty of Kornati National Park, with its 140 islands, islets, and reefs teeming with wildlife. Continue to Telašcica and savor a delightful dinner this evening.
DAY 4 Telašcica Nature Park – Zadar Breakfast & Lunch
This morning we cruise towards the Zadar Islands and admire the beauty of Telašcica Nature Park. In Zadar, enjoy a guided tour of the city’s blend of old and new, including Roman ruins, Byzantine architecture, Nikola Bašic’s art installations, and the Cathedral of St. Anastasia. Choose between visiting the Gold and Silver exhibit with a local guide or exploring the Museum of Ancient Glass at the Cosmacendi palace. In the evening, stroll through Zadar’s streets, savor Dalmatian cuisine, and perhaps indulge in gelato at a local café.


DAY 5 Zadar – Rab Breakfast & Lunch
This afternoon we sail past picturesque Pag, Olib, and the smaller islands of the Zadar Archipelago on your way to Rab. On a tour, admire Rab’s ancient stone walls, four majestic church towers, and a scenic park winding from wooded hills to beaches. We will have time to explore the sacral art collection at the Franciscan Monastery of St. Bernardino. In the evening, learn to make Rab cake, a local almond delicacy, and enjoy it with a locally made gin and tonic. Tonight, we are free to explore Rab at our leisure.

DAY 6 Rab – Krk Breakfast & Lunch
Today we embark on a morning cruise to the island of Krk, the largest island in the Adriatic. On a guided tour of Krk Town, dive into its long history and rich cultural heritage. Visit the 5th-century Krk Cathedral from Roman times and marvel at the 12th-century Frankopan Castle built by Croatian nobles. Every wall, cathedral, temple, square, and monument has its own story to tell. This evening, take your time to explore this paradise-like island. Maybe you’ll find a cozy spot for dinner at one of the many local restaurants.
DAY 7 Krk – Cres Breakfast & Lunch
After breakfast start your morning exploring Krk at your own pace. Maybe take a dip in the crystal blue waters of the Adriatic, or if you’re a history buff, join an optional tour to the Kornic Ethnographic collection. This tour takes you to the coastal village of Punat, where you’ll board a boat to Košljun Island. In the afternoon, depart Krk for the vibrant island of Cres. Stroll through streets lined with yellow and brown terraced houses, accented with blue awnings and umbrellas. During a city tour, navigate the winding maze of medieval architecture in Cres’ Old Town, evoking its past as a fisherman’s paradise. Spend your evening soaking in the coast, culture, and charm of Cres at your leisure.


DAY 8 Cres – Opatija Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Next stop, Opatija! Start your day with a morning cruise along the Istrian Peninsula. Take a refreshing swim if you’d like before enjoying lunch. Once you arrive in Opatija, meet your local guide to discover this charming resort town. Walk along Lungomare, a picturesque seaside promenade offering stunning coastal views. You’ll have free time to explore the town on your own before dinner aboard the ship.
DAY 9 Disembark Ship – Opatija – Disembark Ship – Hum – Portorož, Slovenia Breakfast & Dinner
Today we say good bye to our captain and crew to disembark your ship in Opatija and take in the views of Ucka Mountain as we head to explore the inland areas of the Istrian peninsula. We visit a local distillery where the owners craft brandies and other treats using regional plants, fruits, and herbs – delicious! Explore the charming hilltop Istrian town of Hum before indulging in a farm-to-table lunch at a family-owned restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy the beauty of Portorož, a resort town on Slovenia’s Adriatic coast.


Day 10 Portorož – Salina Nature Park, Italy – Portorož, Slovenia Breakfast & Dinner
Choose how you want to explore the local landscape because it’s your choice! Take some time this morning to explore the stunning beaches of the Adriatic Sea. You might consider taking an optional excursion to visit the incredible Postojna caves. Afterward, venture to Salina Nature Park, one of the largest wetlands on the coastline, where locals have been harvesting salt for over 700 years using traditional methods. Visit the Museum of Salt Making and discover how the salt pond and its canal work in harmony to produce sea salt. Tonight we have reservations at a local restaurant where we will raise a toast to Slovenia over dinner.
Day 11 Portorož – Venice, Italy Breakfast & Lunch
Today we continue your journey towards Venice with an exciting stop in the Italian region of Collio. Tucked in the northeast corner of Italy and adorned with sunny hills and slopes, Collio is renowned for producing some of the world’s finest and most distinctive white wines. Pause for lunch at a family-owned winery, soaking in the flavors of the region, before heading towards Venice. Known as one of the most romantic cities in the world, Venice beckons with its 117 tiny islands, interconnected by a web of 150 canals and 400 bridges.


Day 12 Portorož – Venice, Italy Breakfast & Dinner
This morning, twe ravel by boat to Murano Island to visit my friend Sebastiano for an expert glass-blowing demonstration – a centuries-long tradition on the island. Then, join your local guide for a walking tour of Venice’s most iconic sights. Pause for a picture-perfect view over the Bridge of Sighs and take in St. Mark’s Square, adorned with marbled palaces and gilded basilicas. The rest of the day is yours to explore. This evening, toast to this memorable voyage during a farewell dinner with your fellow travelers.
Day 13 Venice – USA or optional extension Breakfast
This journey ends leaving us with the most amazing memories After breakfast we head to the airport .
