Lucia’s village.  I was treated to a very nice dinner by the pasta company’s family and the flavors for the sauces were exactly like my
Grandmother’s.  I wanted to cry it was such an emotional connection.
You already enjoy the cooking style and flavors of Coco’s now you can go to where it all started near my grandmother’s Lucia DiCocco’s

Situated in the central part of Italy, Abruzzo is one of Italy's little-known treasures: a tranquil mingling of mountains and coastline, it is
sparsely populated and rarely visited by tourists. Home to one of Italy's highest peaks and a busy port, Pescara, it boasts a rich
repertoire of robust mountain dishes and an abundance of seafood specialties.  In many ways, Abruzzese cuisine is the undiscovered
treasure of Italian gastronomy. Abruzzese cooks are masters at turning simple ingredients into glorious feasts.  If you love the foods of
Coco’s Italian Market then you will love learning the cooking traditions of the Abruzzo region.
